Let’s Do Lunch by Roger Troy Wilson is a motivational book about eating right and losing weight. It is published by Thomas Nelson publishers. This is not a typical diet book. Rather, it is a practical guide book about choosing the right foods, and learning which foods are harmless, and which are calorie laden. By following the methods outlined in his book, Mr. Wilson was able to reduce his 425 pounds by 230 pounds. His waist shrank 24 inches from its original 5 feet. Even more importantly, he has kept the weight off for years. His methods make a lot of sense, and seem as though they would work well. The book is written in an interesting informative way, and includes recipes, shopping tips, and tips for eating out. Rather than strictly limiting snacks, he suggests healthy alternatives to traditional foods. Mr. Wilson teaches from his experiences, giving illustrations and reasons throughout the book.
