Cheese Ball

For our anniversary dinner yesterday, I tried this new recipe. It was simple, delicious, and definitely something I’ll make again.

Ingredients:

1 pkg cream cheese (softened)

1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon minced onion

1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

chopped nuts

shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, and minced garlic. Refrigerate until firm. Shape into balls. Roll in either chopped nuts or cheddar cheese.

I made two mini cheese balls, instead of one large one, one with walnuts for my husband, and one with cheese for myself.

Serve with crackers and enjoy!
