Once in awhile, I get in the mood to make a fancy gourmet meal. When I do, these are nearly always a part of the appetizers. My nephews love these as a snack as well. Any time that I have made them, there have been no leftovers.
Dill pickle spears
Cream cheese, softened
deli ham thin sliced
Use a knife or cheese spreader to spread softened cream cheese on ham. Lay pickle spear on one end of ham slice. Roll up. Cut into bite size pieces and serve!
