Cooking Ahead

This school year, I determined to cook ahead and freeze meals so that I can spend more time in the evenings cleaning, spending time with my husband, and preparing more for school. So far, I have frozen six meatloafs, 4 lbs. of browned ground beef, and 4 quarts of chicken noodle soup (minus the noodles). Some other things I plan to cook ahead are more hot-pockets, venison vegetable soup, vareniki, and lasagna.
