Laura, over at Organizing Junkie encourages everyone to plan meals ahead for the week. For once, it's something I already do. Anyway . . . here is my menu for this week. Please note that on most days, I only have to fix a meal for supper, since I am at work all day, and my husband is busy all day, also.
Monday - Crazy Crust Pizza (I'll have to post about this one later today!)
Tuesday - Lasagna
Wednesday - Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Chicken Tortilla Soup
Thursday - Chili (crock-pot)
Friday - Chicken, Broccoli and Rice casserole with Cheesy Batter Bread
Saturday AM - Sandwiches, leftovers
Saturday PM - Chicken and Dumplings
Sunday - Mom's house!
Your menu sounds great!

Lisa
Hey Bethany... thanks for taking a look and commenting on my book at Angela's blog. Ryann Watters and the King's Sword would be a great read aloud for the 3rd and 4th graders at your Christian school. I've even made it easy for teachers and have a free PDF download on the website with 4-5 discussion questions per chapter. There is also a book trailer video there that you can show them to get them interested. www.ryannwatters.com Thanks again and e-mail me if you have questions: eric@ryannwatters.com, book 2 comes out in May!
ReplyDeleteHi Bethany,
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to thank you for visiting my blog, too! What county do you live in? There are Beavertowns all over PA. Just curious.
I am a first grade teacher and see that you teach 3rd and 4th. That's a great age!
Take Care, Blessings,
Lisa
