Blessing # 4

Technology! Aren't you grateful for all the wonderful technological advances that we use every day! I am so glad for these, in particular . . .

* Email - I love being able to write my mom and dad without having to wait for weeks and weeks to get a reply.

* Cell Phones - My cell phone has been so handy for me! From keeping in touch with my relatives, to talking to my husband, it has been a useful tool many times.

* Computers - Of course, neither email or cell phones would be possible without computers. Besides, my computer can do so many things, from averaging grades to outlining notes.

* Digital Cameras - I love being able to take pictures, see them, and print them "all by myself."

Speaking of cameras, here are some recent pictures.

On Saturday, we had a party for all the kids who ride our bus to church. We played games, made caramel apples, ate hot dogs, and had a devotional. We had a little bit of extra time, so the kids had fun playing on some of the playground equipment at the school.

Charity cheesin' it up for the camera. She told me not to take the picture, but I'm glad I did.
One of my students was outside playing, and I was able to snap this adorable picture of her. Her smile has brightened my day more than once.
Zach and Kordell are monkeys, both on and off of the bus, but we have lots of fun with them.
Jason spent time playing basketball with the older bus kids. He really enjoyed that, although he was sore the next day!

Tonya loves holding and taking care of the younger kids. Thaddeus is three years old, and loves to be held and have attention.

After the bus party, we went out for a drive and took some pictures. This one would have been great if Jason's eyes had been open. I really love the background! This is in front of a local farm.
Jason posed Charity and I for several pictures. This is one of my favorites. She didn't want me to post this one either.
This is another favorite. We were down by Penns Creek. A little later, Jason wanted to get a couple of us in the middle of the creek on stones. A few seconds after telling me not to fall and get wet, he did. It was quite humorous.
